What to do after a crash in Boise
1. Get checked by a doctor the same day
Some injuries show up days later. A record from day one protects your claim.
2. Get the police report
Boise Police or the Ada County Sheriff will have it. We can request it for you.
3. Don’t give the other insurer a recorded statement
Their adjuster works for them. Refer them to us.
Who pays in Idaho
Idaho is an at-fault state: the driver who caused the crash, and their insurer, pays for the harm. When they have too little insurance, your own uninsured or underinsured cover can pay the rest.
Questions we hear every week
How long do I have?
Two years from the crash for most injury claims.
What if I was partly to blame?
You can still recover if your share of fault is less than the other driver’s. Your award goes down by your share.
What does it cost?
Nothing up front. We’re paid a share of what we recover, and nothing if we don’t.
